The short version: this site is for learning about Querrel and joining the waitlist. Use it normally, don't abuse it, and read the privacy policy if you hand us your email.
What this covers
These terms apply to the Querrel website and waitlist. Questions go to [email protected].
Using the site
Browse the site, join the waitlist if you want updates, and don't misuse it. That means no scraping, spam, impersonation, attempts to break in, or anything unlawful.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create an account, guarantee access, or promise that a feature will ship. I may email you about Querrel. You can ask to be removed at any time by writing to [email protected].
Content and feedback
The Querrel name, site content, and related materials stay mine unless I say otherwise. If you send feedback, I may use it to improve the product without owing you anything extra.
Third-party services
The waitlist is handled through Interface Office. Linked sites and providers have their own terms. See the Privacy policy for how waitlist data is handled.
Availability
I try to keep the site accurate and online, but I don't promise perfection. The site is informational, not professional advice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in France and the EU.
Changes
If these terms change, I'll update the date at the top. A change does not apply retroactively to something that already happened under an earlier version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction under applicable French law.
