By accessing the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement under the law that applies to you. If you use the website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

Waitlist communications are informational and may include product news, launch timing, or requests for feedback. They are not a purchase, subscription to a paid service, employment offer, or promise of a commercial relationship.

We may limit, reject, or remove a waitlist submission when we reasonably believe it is automated, abusive, fraudulent, or submitted in breach of these terms. We may also stop sending communications if an address repeatedly bounces or cannot receive them.

Content and intellectual property

The Querrel name, visual identity, website content, software, and related materials belong to THIBEAUT SYSTEMS or its licensors unless stated otherwise. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Querrel materials without permission.

The website may contain names, logos, or materials belonging to other organisations. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the website grants you a licence to use them beyond ordinary browsing and lawful reference.

Feedback

If you send suggestions, comments, or other feedback about Querrel, you allow us to use it to improve the product and website without compensation or confidentiality obligations, unless we separately agree otherwise. This does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property.
